Everything was very efficient - its always a bit worrying ordering items off the web, especially with a company not used before. You never know what service you might get! But I have to say World Furniture has performed to a very high standard. All the people I've dealt with have been extremely polite and friendly and I was so impressed with the delivery experience. Not only being given a specific day, but a two hour window as well was very impressive. The driver even rang to let me know he was running a bit late as well, rather than just turning up late like most other companies. Just had to let you know that following delivery of our furniture my wife and I have been delighted with our purchase. Furthermore, your service was impeccable from your follow up e-mail to your phone call informing us of the delivery procedure right through to the delivery itself just a short eleven days later. The two young men who delivered the furniture were terrific - bringing both bulky items through to the rear of our house for easier access, un-packing and then placing the furniture in exactly the right position for us after checking for any damage - this was great customer service and streets ahead of the service from other companies we have dealt with in the past. We received our Sideboard today at 8.15am as advised by phone call from driver the previous evening. Sideboard as expected and we are very happy with it. I was slightly worried about just buying something off a picture without actually seeing it first hand but the quality of the unit is very good and the wood used is beautiful.
